Upgrading talent Management digital platform/Beifa Group “E-HR Project” implementation kick-off meeting was held successfully

On March 15, 2022, the launch meeting of the “E-HR Project” was successfully held by Beifa Group and Beisen. The project is committed to realizing the digital transformation and upgrading of Beifa Group‘s human resources, improving management efficiency, and promoting the company’s informatization development.

At the launching meeting, Mr. Shen, director of Information Center of Beifa Group, introduced the “E-HR project”, and Mr. Cai, project implementation manager of Beisen Company, reported the project implementation plan and details, and described the next work plan in detail.

Mr. Qiu, chairman of Beifa Group, expressed his expectations for the implementation of the “E-HR project”, saying that the “E-HR project” is an information system, but also a tool to solve data and information problems. At the same time, he also hopes that the project team members will actively cooperate with each other, the two sides will interact effectively, and ask questions in time from the perspective of business to ensure the orderly, timely, and efficient completion of the first phase of the project.
