On April 2, 2022, Chairman Qiu led a team to visit the workshop and warehouse of Beifa Group and discussed the problems found on-site, so as to achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency and achieving breakthroughs and progress in production and manufacturing.

Chairman Qiu believes that we should establish the efficient thought of all staff and form a collective consciousness. To establish on-site work process, standardization, modular; To establish perfect incentive and punishment system; To promote all staff to establish good habits, no efficiency, no benefit.

Chairman Qiu’s on-site guidance once again helped the production workshop to clarify the direction of work. The workshop will ensure product quality, consolidate the system foundation and improve the management level.
