Beifa shared a library service industrial park with more than ten thousand workers

In order to effectively serve the employees in the park, Beifa Group has built a space of 286 square meters as the staff library and cooperated with Beilun Library to introduce more than 4,000 paper books and 1,000 electronic books. Since it was put into operation, the library has become one of the important positions of learning and activities of enterprise employees in the park.

Employees love reading, and the enterprise also tries its best to connect various resources for employees and provide them with reading convenience. Beilun Library will update the library for Beifa staff library once a year, and open an online lending platform for mutual borrowing and returning, thus reducing the borrowing costs of employees.

Beifa staff Library is also a shared library, which serves not only the staff of Beifa but also tens of thousands of employees from more than 180 enterprises in the surrounding mountain communities.
